New Construction Insulation for GTA Builders
Overview
About New Construction Insulation
On a new build, insulation sits between the rough-ins and drywall, so it is often the trade that keeps the schedule moving or holds it up. Builders need an insulation contractor who reads the drawings, shows up when the framing is ready, and leaves the house prepared for inspection.
KHG Insulation Services provides new construction insulation in the GTA for custom home builders, general contractors, and homeowners managing their own builds. We install wall, ceiling, attic, and basement insulation and vapour barriers as specified, and we coordinate with your site lead on access, sequencing, and timing.
The insulation values and envelope details on a permitted project come from the designer and the drawings. We follow the plans and the applicable Ontario Building Code requirements, and raise questions during scope review rather than on site.
